Although they were unable to get all the built in and old stains out of our basement carpet on the second try, I will still give them a 10. The rest of the house looked great and gave our home a nice clean and fresh smell. They arrived in the 3 hour window and gave us a call when they would be due. Courteous and friendly staff.
