The service rep Colin Skinner was awesome. He made my carpet look almost brand new; which is saying a lot considering it is over 20 plus years. He explained everything very thoroughly, and he is the only reason I used your company. I had met him when he was cleaning my neighbor's carpet a few weeks ago. He has to be your top employee with the way he handles himself.

From the start of being able to book your appointment online, the whole process is easy and straight forward. I also called to see if I could switch my appointment and they were very accommodating. The techs are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. This was my second time using Zerorez and I have just as pleased with my second experience. Cedric went over what he planned to do, the options I had, as well as cost. He was not pushy but informative. I will not hesitate to use Zerorez again. My older carpet looked excellent after it was done! Highly recommend your sevices!

Service was excellent. Two gentlemen that came to clean our carpets were very professional and educated me on everything they were going to do. Carpet looks and smells great. I love that you don’t use chemicals and I feel safe with my pets on the carpet right after it’s cleaned.

Ease of making appointment. Arrived in timely manner. Technician was very nice and did a good job of cleaning our carpet.
I do HIGHLY recommend Zerorez but I would tell my friends/family/associates that you cost 2 to 3 times MORE than anyone else I've ever used in 30 years of carpet cleaning. THAT alone is a BIG strike against you. I also do not appreciate being pushed to give a high rating just so the person doing all the hard work of cleaning my carpets can get paid. The story didn't feel true & trying to make folks feel guilty is not good business practice. I will not post on social media no matter how much a company bullies me.
On the bright side, the areas where my dog peed are the cleanest they've been in several years & so far there are no linging smells but there is one spot that came back up in one room.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was doing the work of 2. He arrived more than an hour late & still had one more place to go. I do hope your company compensates him well, he was polite, professional, got along with our dog & was very conscientious about doing a good job. Great guy!

No chemicals
The employees were very friendly and professional. They did a great job! We heard that the one employee was training the other and he was doing a wonderful job explaining the process and proper techniques to the newer employee. They suggested a few extra 'add ons' but we did not feel pressured or pushed to use them as this was our first experience and we wanted to see what the 'basics' got us. We were 100% satisfied with our entire experience from the employee interaction to the results to the 'zero rez' left behind and no chemical smells either. I would absolutely recommend services to anyone in the future!
Good cleaning, good team
I was sold with the customer service of the technician that came out to my house then he cleaned the carpets and i was shocked at how much dirt that came out of it even got out stains that i figured would be there forever
