My son’s carpet was a lost cause - or so I thought. Cedric came in and performed a miracle! We actually took before and after pictures and the difference is a little mind blowing. Cedric really went above and beyond. I didn’t watch him, but I know he had to do some extra scrubbing to achieve the results he got in there. Once we saw how much better the carpets looked after he was done, we decided to have him actually clean all the carpets in the house. We were ecstatic with the results and would definitely recommend Cedric and ZeroRez to all of our friends and family!

When the technician arrived, he went through the whole process of cleaning the ducts in our home and what it was going to entail, he was very courteous and polite. It took the technician about 3 hours from start to finish and he did a very thorough job. When he was finished, he made sure everything was picked up. We are completely happy with the job done by ZEROREZ.

Very prompt, technician was polite, went right to work and had the job completed quickly. Carpet and tile look great. We had trouble resolving a pet odor on our own and zerorez got rid of the issue. Does not leave behind any smell at all. Does not smell like a chemical or detergent..just no smell.
