First time calling Zerorez. Was given a 3 hour window and technician came after only one hour wait. He was professional and answered all questions. He walked thru our home first and said what he was going to do and made any recommendations. Carpets looked really clean and seemed to be lighter in color. After cleaning there was a citrus-y smell throughout the house but after a while, that smell went away.

I didn't have the best experience with my first visit, but the technician recommended the spot treatment product and that stuff is fantastic. My second, follow up because of some spots that needed retreated was great. I felt the technician (Sedrick Cole) was much more engaged and meticulous. He went around my previously cleaned carpets and checked for missed spots, and treated the problem area very thoroughly. I hope you give him a raise and allow him to coach the others in best practices because I will request him for the next visit! He made my experience with Zerorez what I hoped it would be the first time around. Thanks!
