We are very pleased. Within 2 hours 18 years of spots and stains are gone. This is a carpet in the basement so we are not on it every day in fact weeks go by without being down stairs but come the Holiday or Family celebrations it is used and abused. The carpets look simply amazing after the cleaning. Recently, I had my ducts cleaned, and they hadn't been since we bought the house 20 years ago. No wonder my nose was always running and my son couldn't stop sneezing. The pictures and video tell the whole story, as no words could match that. The air in my house is now clean and I can breathe much easier.
The only comment I have is that the technician forgot to screw back into place many of the vents that had to be taken apart. That's OK, it was a long day of work. I'm actually glad the appointment after him was cancelled so that he could take more time. I'd rather the job be completed 100% successfully rather than be rushed just to meet a particular time goal. I do understand and respect time constraints, however. Thank you.
Loved the technician who cleaned my carpet. He was very thorough and listened to everything I asked to be done. He even went back over an area that I thought still needed attention.

Carpets look alot better since having them cleaned by ZeroRez. They even feel softer than before. Our ZeroRez cleaner (Eric) was extremely friendly and took care of our house very well.
Colin was awesome -- very professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would. We did a walk through and he explained everything. He didn't mess around -- he got the job done fast. I'm very pleased with how it all went and the price was very reasonable. I'm a very clean person. We take our shoes off, I wipe our dogs feet off before she comes in the house and I vacuum regularly. However, my son was sick last week and got sick on his quilt and proceeded to flip his quilt onto the carpet! Our dog is going through chemo and has thrown up once on the carpet. Colin treated the areas and I believe they're both going to be fine. Where the dog had her issue, there is no odor at all. My sons situation was a lot worse. There was a hint of a smell the day after cleaning, but I have the worlds most sensitive nose. I'll see how it is in a couple of days. I'm not worried though because there is a 30 day guarantee :)
I was surprised how clean Gerard was able to get our carpet. He did a good job and answered all my questions and even gave me tips on how to clean up future spots.
You use water instead of harsh chemicals and soap, technicial was curtious and did a great job. Cared about my carpet as much as I do.
