The technician was very efficient and friendly.
I was surprised at the strong smell of some treatment prior to the carpet cleaning. Fortunately, I am not an asthmatic nor was anyone in the house when it was used. The chemical used would have definitely had my family member needing to use an inhaler, while trying to get out of the house, had she been here when it was applied. The other "surprise" I had was an additional charge for "water disposal".
I had a polite and personable service man, Eric. He was efficient and he also was able on this visit to clean the grout in my laundry room and it looks great !
The man who did our carpets was very professional and did a good job. I would have liked him to treat one spot a little better but overall, he did a good job. This was the first time we had had the carpets cleaned!

Our carpets are old and not in a position to replace. Cedric does such a nice job. He is positive and does not make me feel uncomfortable when he is here. He is inwoledagbals on the products and is a very hard worker.

We are very pleased with the results of our Zerorez service. Sedrick was very helpful with his explanation and did an excellent job - Even getting up a stain that we were not able to with any of our “home” remedies! We highly recommend Sedrick and Zerorez!
