From the friendly, informative call two days before to the really nice and professional man that did the work, it was as really great experience. My carpet was only two years old so I didn't think it was too bad to begin with, but we do have a dog and I knew there had to be dirt I didn't see. The carpet felt softer and looked fresh. I had full confidence the room and our stairs were thoroughly cleaned. Glad I made the choice to try Zerorez.

Scheduling was easy. The technician arrived on time and completed the work carefully while being respective to our home and us. Pricing is a bit questionable on rugs considering that two rugs cost me more to clean than the carpeted room that was cleaned.

The carpet looked very good when he was finished. He was able to remove a lot of stains. The carpet was not saturated with water. I was told it would take about 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. I think it was more like 18-20 hours before it was fully dry -- not a big deal. The young guy who did the work was very polite and professional and I think he did a great job.
