Tech was very good. Explained everything well and was courteous.
They did what seems to be a good job. The tech was allegedly double booked and was late . I wasted 5 hours waiting on him and was not compensated. He did do his job well once he was here. He was friendly and a hard worker. I believe it was his dispatchers fault for the tardiness . Wish I would have gotten a bit off for the waste of my time.

Mark was punctual, polite and worked very hard. He provided all needed information and left our carpets, upholstery and area rugs cleaner than we thought possible. We’ll be using this company in the future and will recommend to everyone.
Sedrick came out to our house and did a wonderful job. He was on time - actually a little early -, was very friendly, and for the job done which - in total - took about an hour and a half. Can't say enough good things about him.

It worked and cleaned my carpets
The product used smells nice and clean. I had spots from my animals that I was afraid would never come out, but they did, and my carpets that are at least 7 years old, look brand new.
Did good job getting stains out
I love the fact that the cleaning tech did NOT just want my money. He could have told me that my tile floors needed to be cleaned & sealed costing me double. He instead assessed the tile carefully & stated the grout was painted & cleaning it would damage the grout. He was polite, professional, & thorough. I also loved the fact that overnight my carpets were completely dry. 3-4 hours after he finished, most of the carpets were just a little damp-dry enough to walk on, but not quite stand on for a set amount of time.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and representative answered the handful of questions I had while making the appointment. Two days prior to the appointment, I was given a time slot which was helpful in allowing me to plan my time around it. Day of, Remington was great at communicating his arrival time, going over the areas to be treated, and allowing us to ask last minute questions. He was also great at going over everything with us after the service to ensure we knew what to expect. He was polite, friendly, respectful, and fun to chat with when we got the chance.
