We loved them. They did have to come back once to take care of a spot that appeared but they took care of it and no problems since. They even got worn spots that the other carpet cleaner companies didn’t get. The carpets and stairs looked like they were brand new. Also, our carpet guy was really nice and made sure I checked everything over before he left. He also redid a couple of places on the stairs with a happy attitude. I am going to have more carpet cleaned in the future and I will be requesting him. :)
