It was amazing to see the difference in the carpet (never cleaned in 12 years). My 4 year old walked in and was shocked as well. The person who did the cleaning, Trevon, was very nice, explained everything he was going to do and what we could have done.
I opted for adding the sanitizer and scotchguard on our main living room (where we are the most) and am now just hoping for a spill to see the good results.
I would recommend the service to anyone the carpets look nice and there is a very pleasant smell.

Sedrick our technician was very nice and polite. We had pet and beverage stains which made our carpet pretty gross. After ZeroRez came our carpet looked amazing and our house smelled great! We opted for ZeroRez over replacing carpet, we made the right choice.

I had an area rug that had tan squares on it... when Travon put his wand on the first square it automatically turned white. The proof is in the pudding.
