Technician was very knowledgeable and provided only the necessary services in order to minimize costs while still addressing all cleaning needs, without trying to upsell for things that weren't really needed. He was very cognizant of my pets and was sure to inform me regarding when and where they needed to be in order to stay safe and comfortable throughout the treatment. EVERYTHING
The whole procedure was well organized and I was kept informed of the technician"s arrival time. Collin was friendly and professional . He wore shoe covers, made sure the door was covered as to not let in bugs or ac out and even brought in a fan to expedite drying time. This is my second time using Zerorez and I will use them again!

Eric, the technician, was thorough and courteous. He told me what he was going to do at each step in the process, including how long it would take to clean the carpet. He was very careful while moving chairs and other things.
