The tech was extremely nice. He explained everything in detail and gave me every option he could. After I made my decision he talked to me the entire time he was working and I have to commend his people skills. It's not easy to please everyone all the time, but if I had to choose someone to do it I'd pick him. He's a very nice guy and he passed the ultimate test. My wife loved the clean carpet! I will be requesting him when I call you guys to come back out.

I like that the products used were kid and pet friendly. I also like that he staff was professional and friendly.
The representative that came to my house, Trevon, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, described all products he was using, and even products available to help keep our carpet in it's now super clean condition. He was kind enough to help me move a couple items and also worked very quickly!
The carpet still smells fresh after the carpet dried.

I heard about a Zerorez "special" on Y98 radio. I checked with a friend at the Better Business Bureau who said that that you have a high rating.
I liked the fact that I didn't feel pressured to get more than what I needed, although it turned out that during the explanation by your representative that I did want the extraction treatment for half of the room that needed it (although he could have tried to "sell" me on the entire room, he didn't.)
He was very courteous, asked if I had questions, explained that I should call back if I had any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the entire experience.
