I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning that I received from Zerorez. The technician who came to our house was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He was upfront about the cost and explained exactly what he would be doing. He was able to remove stains that I have been working on trying to remove for ages. The carpet also dried fairly quickly, which was a nice surprise.
I do wish, however, that Zerorez would vacuum prior to beginning the cleaning. I vacuumed thoroughly myself, but it would have been nice to know that an additional vacuum would be done. It was definitely a major operation to get the house ready and in order for the cleaning.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Zerorez, and I will definitely be using them again.

The carpets were very cleaned when finished and the service man (Sedrick Cole) was very friendly and explained the services very well.
I like the products and machines used to complete the job. The one thing that I wished happened, but didn’t was the tech wearing booties over their shoes. We do not even wear shoes in our house and I was hoping he’d put some on after hearing that.
