OMG!! I needed my carpets cleaned and I had a five day window to get it done and ZEROREZ shuffled their scheduling around to get my cleaning done before the realtor took pictures for the sale! My realtor told me to replace the carpet and you guys and dolls made it look fantastic! They even got the tar stain out of the carpet! Thank you SOOOO MUCH! You are the best!

The people are awesome! Everyone from the scheduler to Remington, the representative who cleaned our carpet, were great to work with! Very communicative and thorough in going over things. Remington did a FANTASTIC job on our carpet. Numerous pet stains due to an aging dog, so it was not an easy job. The care and commitment to excellence that he demonstrates is exceptional! I have one more round of rooms to be cleaned at some point. Zerorez will definitely get the call, when we are ready.
Great customer service! Sedgwick was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything is great detail so my husband and I could make an informed decision about a couple of add-on's. Our carpets looked great once he was finished. He was even able to get out a couple of stubborn stains that have been around for a while. We'll definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.

Technicians are polite and courteous. They do a good job of explaining what they will be doing and approximating how long it will take. This was the 3rd time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets and I have been pleased each time. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.
