Eric was great. He worked with us to clean our carpet and tile/grout so well! I love how fast the carpets dried and that they don’t use chemicals. It’s the first time I’ve used Zerorez and I plan on using them again and again.
I could not be happier with the job our technician did! He was very polite and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. I love the fact that no harsh chemicals were used and the carpet dried very quickly. No bad odors, just a nice fresh scent of orange citrus that dissipated very quickly! Will definitely use again!
Exceptional and impressive customer service! Technician was Sedrick. He explained everything he was doing and I am totally "WOW'd" with the results. My expectations were high and Sedrick exceeded them. I have wood floors and both upholstered furniture and carpeted stairs were cleaned. They look and feel completely new.

Very punctual. Kept in contact with me to let me know when you were arriving. The associate that showed up here was very friendly & explained everything to me. Forgot his name but he’s definitely an asset to your company. Carpets are very clean. I’m enjoying sitting in my great room again. Zerorez is the best.
