I love going to Perspire! I always feel great after my sessions, and it is helping my skin look and feel better as well as my overall health. I just feel better! The staff at this location are amazing! They are all so sweet and helpful. I wish I could go every day!

I always recommend Perspire Sauna Studio to family, friends, and co-workers. Red light and NIR increases ATP production and boosts mitochondrial function. It’s a no brainer. Your cells can then convert nutrients into energy. I’ve been in 50+ sessions so far at the Falls Church, VA location, and I can’t say enough about the facility, team on-site, and amenities. I also like the option to grab different drinks and DOSE shots. I just want to say thanks to the entire team for always being kind. Unlimited membership is the way 🤘💯⚡️

The facility is lovely, the amenities are great, and the staff there are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a total sucker for the cold eucalyptus towel afterwards and it just helps the experience feel a little more luxe. I do wish the price point were more accessible for more frequent use, though. I need more physical activity than just saunaing, and saunaing is more of a compliment to my other activities, but it's just not practical for me to pay an unlimited sauna membership and a membership at a gym or ClassPass. that being said, its always a lovely treat and very welcome to have a sauna experience thats more accessible than it was 5 years ago. i always am talking up Perspire to my friends.

I like how easy the APP is to use. The staff at this location are great, somehow they always know my name and what room I've booked without looking in the computer.
