Our technician was very kind, professional, and did an amazing job! Loved how clean our carpet and tile looks and smells so much better.

I had to get a sofa redone since our senior dog had an accident off of the pads I laid on the sofa. Once again, excellent job. My only “complaint” is that when I paid, a new tip option came up. That’s a very awkward thing to do since the technician is standing right there. Hopefully Zerorez is paying their technicians enough that this current tip everything fad isn’t necessary.
