I wasn’t for sure how it worked, but after the the service technician cleaned the carpet and the tile floor the difference was very noticeable. He was very professional, and the outcome was beyond with our expectation.
I think the attention to detail is very good. I had a couple stains resulting from a chair rubbing on the carpet, and they tried really hard to get them removed; I knew it would be difficult and I'm satisfied with the result. The men were so kind, polite and helpful. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
