Wow!! My carpets look and smell brand new again!! Had to do the biological odor treatment and had several dog messes from a sick dog- and my carpets look fantastic. Professional, friendly and fast service from everyone I dealt with. Easy to schedule and reschedule. Plenty of notice before arriving, so I didn’t feel like I was stuck at home for the entire three hour window. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with Zerorez was excellent. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment and completely removed a disastrous red wine stain on beige carpet. The technician was kind, very skilled and professional. Overall they were a 10/10 and I highly recommend them.
