Cleaning:
I’d been putting off carpet cleaning for far too long, and with light beige carpets that show everything, it was overdue. When Will showed me the “before and after” in our high-traffic area, I actually gasped—the difference was unbelievable. The carpet looks beautiful now and feels soft underfoot—not crunchy, no chemical smell, just clean. We also had our primary bedroom and sectional cleaned (no small feat with four cats), and both came out fantastic. Everything smells fresh without that overpowering “cleaning product” scent.

Customer Service:
Will was training Matt during our appointment, and I couldn’t help thinking that Matt was lucky to be learning from the best. Will answered every question thoroughly, gave honest appraisals of what needed to be done, offered services without being pushy, and ultimately delivered an amazing result.

Price:
I’ll admit—it was more expensive than I expected. But honestly, it was worth every penny. The house feels brighter, fresher, and more inviting, and walking barefoot on the carpet is actually enjoyable again. Sometimes quality costs more, and this was absolutely worth it.

Overall:
I’ll definitely use Zerorez again, not only for the results but because I feel I can trust the company—and that trust came directly from the professionalism and care Will showed.

Got a pet mess on your carpet? No problem! We've recommended Zerorez to our big family to tackle pet messes and more! Dustin is fantastic and is the best technician for the job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I also love their satisfaction garentee. Our pet mess was bigger than what we thought and could see, but the smell was slightly there if you put your nose to the area. Dustin came back to fix it for us. Free of charge! Now I feel confident that our kitty will not go back to that area and I don't have fear of smelling ammonia.
