I really liked the technician. He was frienly and knowledgeable and clearly wanted to help. He listened carefully to my concerns about whether any smells would be added when he cleaned my car. He explained how he would approach each part of the car so that he could get the most smell out of my car with the least potential for damage.

Fast, easy and friendly
Easy to schedule, all questions answered by the scheduler and price quoted. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving. He was courteous, adked if i had questions, looked at the fabric to identify type and areas that may need added attention, reviwed what he was going to use and got to cleaning the furniture. Great experience!
