The carpet came out great but the bathroom grout didn’t change. Wouldn’t do grout again. I understand why you wouldn’t do a large area rug on a wood floor, but I don’t know how I’ll clean it since furniture sits on it so it can’t be removed.

I like that I don't have to wait a week to 10 days. I usually get my carpets cleaned within a few days. I like that the technicians are always helpful and work hard. I like that it doesn't cost ridiculous amounts of money. I have a dog that was abused when he was a puppy and was never fully house trained. Zero res has been the best at handling the problems.
