I very much like the people. Mark H and Kris J arrived on time. They reviewed which areas were to be cleaned. They asked about any areas that might need special attention. They explained the process they would be following. Although I had been told the crew would not move furniture, they did move (after getting permission) a couple pieces to be able to uniformly clean the carpet. They were the perfect blend of professional and personable. Also Lexi, who was my first contact and scheduled the work, was very patient with me and my many questions and concerns.
