He was accommodating, informative and very polite. Also personable as he understood my concerns about my cat, he showed me photos of his beautiful dogs. He gave me realistic expectations as to how long it would take to dry and which stains might not come out (they all did!).

I loved how bright my carpets were after Noah cleaned them. He did a fantastic job! After finishing each room he called me in to inspect the room to ensure that the carpet was to my liking. He handled everything with care. Even the rooms that were not being cleaned he made sure to protect furniture and wall corners with guards. Noah always put on his booties while in the house and removed them when he needed to step outside. He was efficient, but thorough and ever so polite. I look forward to having Noah come and service my carpets again in the near future. Thank you Noah for excellent service.

The Zerorez technician did a very thorough cleaning job by moving our 3 section sofa, the dining room table, and the wheeled buffet, then put covers on the feet when putting them back in place.
He went over several areas that were problem areas, and blocked on the front door to minimize heat loss during cleaning.

Carpets had common stains and spills that come with having kids. Almost every stain was lifted, carpets were left clean, and the smell I had coming from them are gone! I like how clean these products were that they used, safe for children, with an easy drying time.

Showed up on time, provided excellent information prior to starting, completed the work in the amount of time that was stated in advance. Cleaned up after themselves. other than wet floors, you would have never known that they were on-site.

I really needed help with cleaning my floor. They were cleaned so much better than I could have done so I bought a gallon of there alkaline water to continue cleaning my floors with my steamer.
