I didn't get the service mans name. Anyway he was here when I got home half an hour before he was to arrive. He had explained everything to my husband and the to me. He was very through.
The carpet and stairs turned out clean and there was very little moisture left in the carpet, which was good. Then the tile floor with grout in the kitchen was cleaned and there was a lot of puddles of water left (which he said there would be) so I wiped it up and some of the water was dirty. I had tried to get the grout clean and couldn't. So the next time it wont be so dirty and I'm sure it will come out better.

I gave an overall recommendation of a nine because my first several experiences were not as good as the last one. This time, the carpet was pretreated in a way I had never seen before... it is so much cleaner AND so much dryer after the cleaning than in the past. It had always been.
Anyway, the technician was VERY professional!
