Less chemicals & Dries fairly quickly

I was able to add more to the order when the tech got to the house. (2 bedrooms with carpet and another piece of carpet to be cleaned was my original request) but I decided to get the ceramic tile floors in the entire home cleaned because there was no furniture moved in yet. The kitchen tile was extremely dirty, but it cleaned up beautifully. The service man, Ryan, I think his name was, was a very nice fellow and worked really hard. I've also used Zerorez when I lived in MN. They always did a great job.

The carpets are really clean when finished. The carpets are not soaked with water. Your service people know what they are doing and take steps to protect the home while they are cleaning.
