Very good company to work with!! For a company to stand behind their work these days says an awful lot. It might have taken a second trip to address my initial disappointment in a couple of traffic areas, but the results are much more desirable. The technician that came out was very professional and I admire any company that offers a 30 day “if you’re not pleased” commitment.

Zerorez did a professional job of cleaning my carpet! Vincent was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He was totally professional and polite and answered my questions and used a urine finder when I thought I had already cleaned up those places. This is the second time I have used Zerorez to clean my carpeting and I will continue to use them in the future. I talked to several neighbors who have used Zerorez and were very pleased when they used them too!!! Zerorez Rocks!!!
