Everything was smooth! From booking to clean-out, the people at ZeroRez delivered a quick, seamless experience. After the initial clean-out, our dryer continued to dry clothing very slowly. When ZeroRez called me to follow up on how things went, I simply told them that the dryer was still not operating fully, and they immediately booked a second appointment at no charge. When the technician arrived, he could easily have been surly and annoyed at the prospect of doing the same thing all over again, but both times he was cheery and helpful! A pleasure to work with the folks over there at ZeroRez.

Caster was great. My dryer would not run, it kept giving me a dryer blockage error. He came out for a re-service and he recleaned my dryer vent and found a huge blockage. Thanks to him, I can now use my dryer!
