He was respectful of my home and very polite in his explanation of price points and protection services offered. It was neat seeing the black light in action prior to work commencing. I’m very satisfied with Zerorez. The technician communicated with me before arriving and then arrived when promised. He seemed knowledgeable about the backing on my area rugs and how best to clean the rugs. The result was area rugs that I was contemplating replacing now look new again. And the rugs were dry in two hours! This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez, and I will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

The tech gave us a call to let us know when he would arrive , he was friendly , we walked the areas we were cleaning ,he asked about any concerns we had he addressed them and just went to work got the job done. After he was done we reviewed the results with him when he was finished.

Amazing techs, great explanation of services

I called the office after business hours. The next morning i received a return call. got the services I needed at a great price and had them scheduled for the next day. When the service tech, Nick, arrived, he was courteous and knowledgable. Got the job done in a timely fashion and did a superior job. Great company with great people!!
