I wanted to wait a few days after our carpets were cleaned so I could write a true review of our experience. I must say, I am beyond happy with the results! Our carpets look brand new again! We had some pet stains from our dog and Zerorez was able to remove the stains and the smell! My favorite part is, since they don’t use chemicals, our carpets are soft and don’t have that nasty crunchy feeling you get with other companies! Since our carpets turned out so great, I’m going to schedule them back out to do our carpets in the basement! Highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet needs!!

ZEROREZ was a pleasure to work with. I needed my sons room cleaned after my dog urinated on the carpet. I also had my room done both with the bio treatment. The carpets came out looking as close to new as you can get however after a couple of days there was a strong ammonia smell in my sons room. Aaron, the service tech was very nice and professional. I called back after a few more days as the odor was not going away and they sent out Nathaniel to re treat and clean the carpet. So far so good.

Great Customer Service

The carpet looks fantastic! We purchased a 15 year old house with wall to wall carpet. I do not think the carpet had ever been professionally cleaned. There were a few spots that I did not expect to get very clean, but I was pleasantly surprised.

All the carpet came out beautifully clean & the service was outstanding.
