Our serviceman was very polite, efficient, pointed out some stains I had not seen and left a very clean carpet and some instructions on how to keep it cleaner. Very pleased with the service
The service was great, the guy who did my carpets did a good job, explained everything, but is still a salesman, trying to sell up I wish the price would just be correct at first for everything instead of trying to sell your customers up on other services, three rooms doesn’t seem like a reasonable number for a house. I would think four or five would be the beginning but overall good service kudos to the service man who did the job.

I really like the idea of non or limited chemicals to be applied during the cleaning. It does not leave any perfume smell and residue. The technicians are typically very polite, careful and knowledgeable. They make me aware to what is available without a strong and annoying sales pitch. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was very happy with the technician and the service he provided. He was on time and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was able to get out stains that I thought had become permanent fixtures in the carpet. He worked very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely contact Zerorez the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned. I also liked the fact that there was no smell to the products you used.
