Scheduling was so easy at 3am when I got off work and decided I was going to give them a try. I called the next morning to ask a question or two bout my upcoming appointment in 2 days, girl on the phone was super friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. The guy that came to clean was awesome and worked very hard and was also super knowledgeable about their products and other services offered. Everything together was an incredibly reasonable price. So so happy with my experience and already plan to have them back to clean my couch!

Everyone I’ve talked to at zerorez has been super nice and helpful. I had them clean the carpets in our bedrooms about a month ago and they did such a great job, I had them come clean the tile and grout! Our house is 20 years old and I don’t think the grout had ever been cleaned and it looks AMAZING! Huge difference from pretty much black to tan and the tiles looks great and doesn’t feel sticky or grimy, it feel smooth and clean. My technician was awesome and gave me some great info on how to keep the tile and carpets clean in between having them professionally cleaned. I’ve already referred a few friends to them too because I know they’ll get the same great service!
