Our technician was prompt and detail-focused. Protectors were placed over floor trim corners and all our rooms were thoroughly cleaned, including a Kingsize fabric headboard. Our nine year old carpet looks new again and, as I’m writing this several days out from the cleaning, both my husband and I remain thrilled with the results. We plan to have Zerorez Boise back on a regular and permanent basis.

Arrived on time! Listened to our concerns. Walked us through the order in which he would be doing our love seat, area rug, hallway, stairs and living room. He also informed us what the results might be. Not all the stains in a 20-year-old carpet may come out.
