Amazingly he managed to remove a stain that we thought we were going to have to live with. And he finished the job in about half the time of other carpet cleaning vendors and it looks like we have a brand new carpet! We couldn't be happier with Ryan and Zerorez.

Carpet cleaning is great! No harsh chemicals used and the carpets are not flooded with water. Liked everything done in one visit. After the appointment is made and the costs are estimated, there is only one visit. When they arrive, The cleaners go over everything with you and look to see if anything should be added. Then the cleaning is done and the carpets look like new! Will definitely use them again! Very satisfied.

I had two appointments in 2 days. The second appointment was to clean my shower walls. A young man named Tristan was the tech. He did a wonderful job and even offered to clean the floor at a small extra fee. He was great and did not ask for a tip but I gave him one. My first appt was to clean out my dryer vent. It cost $200 plus tip of $25. All that they did was go through the vent from my outside wall. Nothing was done to the dryer itself or the tubing that vents the lint out of the dryer. I am not happy with the cost of $200 for what turned out to be 10 minutes work. And the first tech said they would appreciate a tip. I did not appreciate that boldness for a job that took them 10 minutes and $200. I did give them one but resent it. I felt like I only got half a job.
