He arrived as expected and completed the work in a flash - the ceramic tile/grout look like new, and all stains and grime were removed from the carpeting. There was no mess, no trouble - we hardly knew he was here! Overall, and excellent experience.
They don’t leave a smell of cleaning solutions. The smell they do leave is one of a freshener. And didn’t bother my allergies.
The gentleman that came to clean was in uniform, well spoken and professional. When he was done my husband checked over the carpets and we were able to do a little extra cleaning in some tougher areas. The price was also perfect for the service we received.

It was the first time we used Zerorez for our home. Six areas took 2 hours and the 8 year old carpet looked new again. The technician was friendly and professional. There was very little water in the carpet, so it dried quicker than expected. I've used many other carpet cleaners and Zerorez is far better in price, results and quality.

I really like the tech who came out. He was helpful, careful, and I felt like I could trust him. This is my first time using the service and it has been less than 24 hours since it was completed, but so far we are happy. Our carpets are old and we knew there would be some things that would not come up, but overall we are happy. Time will tell in the next week how well this works. So far we would use them again.
