Your service was fantastic - I just wish I could have found my promo code at the time! The tech was super kind and thorough and there were big pet stains in my elderly sister’s apartment. I never thought the results would be that wonderful!

There was a $25 service charge that I was not informed of when I called to book the appointment. I called the main line and they could/would not explain what the fee is and said everyone just pays it which is obsurd. I had them removed the fee. They argued over removing the fee which was ridiculous.
