I was really pleased with both of my services from Zerorez...carpet and duct cleaning. For the duct cleaning, I was really impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the tech. I did not feel pressured to get any services done, they simply explained the procedures and how it may help my allergies. He frequently said, "It is up to you." He explained how the dryer vent looked good, so we probably didn't need to do that, so we crossed that off and instead did a microbial spray. I could feel the difference in my place within a couple hours after cleaning out my ducts. I was glad I had it done. You never know what is lurking in the ducts that could affect your sinuses and allergies.
So far so good. Waiting to see if dirt marks come back.

The service technician was great. Friendly and seems knowledgeable. After getting the equipment setup when he went to turn it on nothing happened. He had to call and have another technician come out with a replacement vehicle. After about an hour he was finally able to start the carpet cleaning.
Scheduling process online was simple and convenient. Tech called ahead and arrived earlier than scheduled which worked well for us. Tech was professional and completed the work with no issues.

Your associate was nice and professional. Put little booties on before coming in. I had the pet odor treatment done and at first wasn't quite satisfied as I still smelled urine on the stairs. I called to let them know and they came back out and redid my stairs, no questions asked. I now do not smell urine. Thank you Zeeorez for doing a great job.
On time, cleaned up everything really well. Stephen listened and addressed all concerns.
Overall we liked the carpet cleaning and the tech, but the exhaust from the truck operation killed a section of grass in an otherwise undamaged front lawn.
