Service was great from beginning to end. I requested a quote on a morning and Alice had someone here for a quote before lunch time for 2 of our offices! Impressive! On the day of the cleaning, the tech was here at 9:55 for a 10am appointment. That told me the tech and the company has respect for my time. Really not something we see often! I was told from the time of the quote that our carpet may not look as it would when it was new. It was pretty dirty. Well, it looks great. I had a great experience with your company and staff.
