I was happy with the results but one stain did not come out of the bedroom rug. Only apparent when dry. The guys were very professional and very nice. They were very careful around other furniture and my hardwood floors.

I had a fiber protection and deodorizer added to the process of the carpet cleaning. The entire process of 4 rooms, two hallways and one set of stairs took about 1-1/2 hrs. The carpet was completely dry by the next morning. It was as not sticky or tacky to the touch. The carpet was soft and smelled so fresh. I could not be more pleased. The tech was very professional and explained everything he was about to do. He called me before arriving and was at my home as scheduled. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
