Eric was on time and very professional. On top of the great service, he also was incredibly honest. I had accidentally pushed the tip button more than once. He not only pointed this out to me but made sure the office fixed the charge immediately.

Wish I hadn't waited so long! Carpets are very old but I feel they still had some life left. Jason the carpet tech agreed. They are still drying but look great already! Was super easy to book with great communication! Was given an arrival window and was called 20 minutes before arriving. Price seemed reasonable and so worth it! Don't wait like I did!
