I purchased a new home and wanted the carpets and tile cleaned before moving in. I cannot speak to the competence or professionalism of the tech as I had not moved in at the time of service, but everything was done to my satisfaction when I arrived the next day.
I just purchased a new home and Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend. I misunderstood the arrival time and had a friend wait to let them in for almost an hour! However, the tech from Zerorez was very apologetic when he arrived. The job was for cleaning the HVAC system and the dryer vent system. I'm so glad I had this done before I moved in and am enjoying the fresh air & shortened drying time.

Larry was very professional and listened to what I needed to be cleaned. He had great attention to detail and was able to remove old cooking oil stains from a dog that had a bad experience with it. The service didn't take too long and he came earlier than expected.

We've used Zerorez for years. They consistently do a good job at a reasonable price. On Father's Day we had an unfortunate spill of hot food onto our carpet. We called Zerorez to clean that room. It was a tough challenge and was not as clean as we had hoped. We called again and explained our concern. They were back out 2 days later and re-cleaned the area. Some carpet fibers are damaged from the hot food, but Zerorez has done a great job in cleaning it. Also, the Zerorez employees are well trained, friendly and good communicators. They are a positive reflection on the company.
