The tech did a great job evaluating exactly what kind of cleaning was needing. Knew exactly how to treat the pet stains and the food stains. I have used Zerorez for years. This is the first time the carpets smelled moldy when the cleaning was finished. The smell has since dissipated but I think the equipment used needs a thorough cleaning including the clean water tank.
