Your service technician was very professional and personable. He explained the process before starting the job as well at completion of the job. Although I could not see the dust and debris removed from our vents, I now feel better about turning on our furnace. We were able to have our carpets cleaned same day as well.

The only recommendation I may make is to protect the door frames. The large hose wraps around and rubs the doorframes as it moves from room to room. I don't know a solution, but it certainly does not deter me from using your services again.

I have used Zerorez 3-4 times and each time I am very happy with the results. The techs are very sensitive to being careful with my property and wearing shoe covers. Victor is my favorite tech. Very nice and seems to take care of everything needed to get just clean I want.

Besides the final service being done to great quality, I appreciated the company being able to accommodate the schedule to help me out. Also, the cleaner was very professional, communicated clearly and promptly at all times and was very knowledgeable when answering questions and explaining the work done. Overall a 10/10!

The techs were polite, professional, called ahead and arrived on time. They were also quick and did a great job in the small time frame they were here. They also put up with my 3 large dogs getting in the way who wanted to sniff everything and lay down exactly where carpet needed to be cleaned!

The tech was wonderful Romeo but zeroez is awful as a company. The only reason I rated a 10 was for the tech not the company!! After calling twice the manger didn’t call me back, he had the tech take care of calling me. It wasn’t the tech fault it was the company charging me over $500 for way less than 500 square feet. I will never use zeroez again unless it is for my 30 day warranty.
