I like that your chemicals are nontoxic because I have animals. Also, with your cleaning process, your water extraction is superior, leaving almost dry rugs.
I like that Ted was honest that the stains weren't going to come out, but we already had figured that, so we discussed options. Our concern was more the dust issue and dirt issue which is why we had the ducts cleaned the day before. That being said, we decided to go ahead with no promises. Well! The rugs came out way better than we had hoped for. The rugs are still badly stained, but they are clean! This will hold us over until we are ready to make a change!

Technician was amazing. Love how easy it is to book. Got a great deal on 3 rooms but adding the 4th day of was kinda pricey in comparison.
