Carpet came out great but there is a lack of communication between client and office as far as any extra charges. The tech was nice,neat and explained any extras which almost made us cancel the whole thing which if there had been a phone call from the office person that all could have been avoided.

I’ve used this company several times and will continue to use them because the carpets dry so much faster than with other companies I’ve used. The carpets also come out nice and clean and rheir staff is always so professional. They even put on booties and make sure walls and floor are not scuffed up or damaged by placing mat on floor and protection around corner walls.
