I had Zerorez do my rugs and couches a few years ago, and they did a great job. So when I moved again, I had them back to do ALL my rugs and two sofas. This time, there were some issues when my sofa dried—some streaking and water spotting. They came back for a follow-up visit and made them perfect for no charge. This is a good company that stands behind its work.

Zerorez does an excellent job of cleaning and deoderizing. The technicians are prompt and professional. I especially want to recognize Robbie who came last Friday. He was very professional yet very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He was the best ever. 10+ I definitely will be requesting him each time.
