Carpets don’t crunch underfoot. There is no chemical smell. Employees are courteous and efficient.
From the moment your Technician Mike arrived he was very knowledgeable, honest, and was a good salesman but no pressure!!! I am an old widow and 98% of service techs talk down to us and try to dismiss our questions! He did not. Was one of the most refreshing sales or service individuals I have come across! The guys did a good job, especially where the carpet was really dirty, and now it looks great, even after I vacuumed next day, it looked way better.
