The technician came on the early side of the window , time to do carpets was quick and carpets really got clean. Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable.

The reason it is not a 10 as it took almost 32 hours to dry even with overhead fans on and there was a sticky residue that tracked all over and not easy to get off the other tiled floors.
