Jay the service technician was very polite, on time and very professional. I explained to Jay that are carpets were very old and extremely dirty. After explaining the process, Jay pretreated the carpets and then gave each room and stairs a thorough cleaning. In spite of the carpets being quite old, Jay did a wonderful job. It has been quite some time since we’ve seen our carpets this clean. I will certainly recommend Zerorez and I will use them again.
