The carpet cleaner was prompt, did a great job on our carpet. Small complaint of the $12 service charge seems ridiculous as it is added on to the special three bedroom cost. We don’t even know what the service charge is for.
Contacted the local Zerorez company and they were able to schedule me in a window that I was available for and were courteous and professional. Pricing was reasonable and they were upfront on my options for additional things I may want / need and gave me the quote which matched the end price..
Daniel who was my technician reviewed all areas gave me information on what he would do, the order he would perform the services and an approximation of the time it would take to complete what needed done. Once all areas were cleaned, Daniel went back over those areas with me and also informed me of what I should do to improve dry time as well as how long the areas would take to dry.
When I paid via a link, I was also asked if I wanted a reminder for 3 months, 6 months or a year which I found very helpful and to help keep me on schedule for my next cleaning.

Booking was easy. I messed up on dates but they adjusted quickly to my desired time and day. Reminders were timely and not at all annoying. I got a call the day of -if the technician could come early but it was too early so he waited for sometime. Cleaning was professional and he took the time to dry high traffic areas thoroughly. The carpets dried within a few hours.The equipment was not noisy like traditional carpet cleaning. My carpets look and feel clean. Overall a great experience.
They showed up on time, 1:30, and were respectful of my house by protecting walls, floors, furnishings. They finished 3:20, and my wife paid them while i was out of the house. When i came in, 3:40, and checked it out the carpets were all wetter than they should have been. The also were Not clean as the 2 stains where my dog lies in front of the couch were very obvious. I called and let them know. The employee said he would contact his manager and get back to me. Very shortly the manager, John called me. I explained and he said they didnt have any trucks available as all were busy. Around 4:30 when he found a free truck he came back, checked the floors and agreed they were too wet and not clean. He spent an hour 40 minutes redoing Everything thoroughly. The carpets were Much Better/ Very Clean!! So great of him to come back and work until 6:30 to make this right. He even left 2 high powered fans to help dry it out so by morning i was able to reset all furniture. Anyone can make a mistake, but he went above and beyond to make it right and end result, my carpets are Clean!!

I was called more than once to confirm my appointment. As it turned out there were some cancellations so my 1:30 appointment turned out to be at 8:30 - which worked out VERY WELL for me. The job was done well; we're very satisfied with the results.
