Shane from Zerorez did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in my home. He took special care of high traffic areas and any place that I asked him to go back over related to old stains and wear. I really appreciate him being so kind and taking the time he did in my home. This is a more expensive service than I have had in the past, but the carpet and stairs look so much better. It’s nice to have a completely clean home before the holidays.

Cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. Corey did a great job and walked me through everything I needed to know both before and after the job.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals. My carpets look amazing now and I feel they are really clean. In addition, Steve was the gentleman that cleaned my carpets and he was the best. He told me every step of the way, what he was doing, helped me put towels down so I couldn't slip and fall going from carpet to floors. He really did an outstanding job and I would definitely request him on my next cleaning.

Fast and convenient. Tech was early. He called and confirmed if ok. We got done 3 hours earlier than expected which worked out perfect for me. I had the rest of the day to get my house ready for Thanksgiving. Always love the look and the zero smell from your work. Your machines/techs are magical and make everything seem new again. Best product out there. Keep running promotions. I found your ad via my mail and it reminded me I needed the service done (postcard type flyer). 3 days later after calling for an appointment you guys were at my house cleaning it.
